Unless otherwise specified in writing, all estimates and timelines are indicative and do not constitute binding commitments.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, page layout and software, is the property of Norwake or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate engagement agreement, any work product created during a consulting engagement belongs to the client upon full payment. Norwake retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries and methodologies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of two years.

Limitation of liability

Norwake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the provision of services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The total liability of Norwake in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
